PROFESSIONAL FACILITATION, CHANGE and TRANSFORMATION SERVICES
I design, facilitate, consult on, teach, and write about effective, proven, group process. My purpose is to help clients achieve desired results through meaningful conversations and engagement at meetings, planning sessions and other gatherings involving as few as 10 people and as many as 500+. My work within organizations can involve any level from the Board and Executive Team to departments, cross-functional teams or the entire organization. In communities, my work can also span many organizations and groups to engage multiple stakeholders. I bring a fresh outside perspective, coupled with experience and know-how that can re-energize your organization. I will:
Do extensive "homework" up front, so that you don't waste valuable time in the session getting me up-to-speed.

Qualified and experienced in a wide range of facilitation methods and processes, I am able to blend, develop, and deliver customized designs to achieve the targeted results desired by clients. Through the
Masterful Facilitation Institute, I design and co-deliver public, as well as customized in-house, educational programs in facilitation, design, and effective group process for engaging teams, organizations, and communities for collaborative and wise action with my colleague Brenda Chaddock (
Odyssey Leadership Centre), and a team of experienced associates. The institute of programs we offer build facilitation confidence and skill in any setting, from in-person team meetings, to large group sessions, to the virtual environment. I am a Dialogue Associate at the
Morris J. Wosk Centre for Dialogue, Simon Fraser University, as well as an Associate at the
Centre for Sustainable Community Development, at Simon Fraser University.
